in San Diego.

Mike was born and raised in San Diego. "I was one of the lucky ones to grow up here," he says. After earning a business degree at UC Riverside, he spent several years in the corporate world before the pull of entrepreneurship took over. He went on to own two downtown restaurants, where he learned management and operations the hard way.

In 2017 he was recruited into real estate as a Director of Sales and Operations, recruiting and training agents and building the systems behind a growing team. He earned his license in 2019, then moved into acquiring and selling investment properties, eventually serving as COO of an investment company.

In 2023 he launched Mike Blair Realty Group. Within a year the team had grown to 18 agents and become the top-performing team at its brokerage. Over the last five years Mike has closed 211 homes and $163M in volume.

For Mike, it isn't only about the numbers. "I'm helping other people in business achieve a level of success that they never thought possible," he says. A lifelong football, basketball and baseball player, he runs the business like a team sport: a light-hearted culture with a serious work ethic.

Proud of his Filipino-American heritage and his father's service in the Navy, Mike credits his faith and family for the discipline behind the business. Away from work, he and his wife Marilee have traveled to more than 30 countries. His favorite quote, from Jim Rohn: "Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better."
