Kenny and Adriana have been like family to me for over 10 years.
They reached out to me to learn more about buying a home. I was extremely excited for them and as I do with all my clients, we set up a Home Buyers Consultation so that I can learn about what they were looking for in a home, educate them on the process, and answer any questions that they have. They were excited and ready to take the next steps so I connected them with my lender partner.
We then started to search for properties. Inventory is very low in San Diego so we started with a wide search and narrowed it down over time to the ideal location.
We searched for homes and came across a few that they liked. We submitted strong, competitive offers and unfortunately were outbid a couple times which was heartbreaking.
They stuck with it, found the perfect property and submitted a great offer that was $25k below the list price and another $5k in seller concessions for closing costs. I built a great relationship with the agent, offered a free rent back to the seller, and fortunately we were able to get the offer accepted. Escrow was smooth and now they are homeowners.
I am so proud of Kenny and Adriana for buying their dream home at such a young age. They continue to inspire me as they are amazing friends, loving parents, and the kind of people you want in your life forever.
