Bo Presnillo is a licensed real estate agent with LPT Realty, serving clients across all of San Diego with a level of expertise that extends well beyond traditional real estate. With a professional background spanning corporate technology sales and mortgage lending, Bo brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Prior to entering real estate, Bo built a successful career in the B2B technology sector, representing industry leaders such as AT&T, Spectrum, and Charter Communications. In this role, Bo was responsible for delivering network and fiber solutions to corporate clients — an experience that sharpened his ability to analyze complex business needs, communicate with decision-makers, and negotiate at a high level.

Bo then transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he spent four years as a licensed loan officer specializing in both Qualified Mortgage (QM) and Non-QM lending. This expertise gives Bo a significant advantage in the real estate market — he understands the full financing landscape, including the specialized loan products that serve self-employed buyers, real estate investors, and individuals with non-traditional income profiles.

Today, Bo leverages this diverse background to provide clients throughout San Diego County with informed, strategic guidance — whether they are purchasing their first home, seeking investment opportunities, or preparing to sell.
