Why Walkthrough Video Is Essential

Social media videos, posts, and ads help drive traffic and attention to the property. These go on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and more. Here are some examples:

OPEN HOUSE

Open Houses are a great way to allow people to see the property. We typically host an Open House for 11 hours on the first weekend which is Friday from 3pm-6pm, Saturday from 12pm-4pm, and Sunday from 12pm-4pm. Then we will do 3-4 hour Open Houses the following weekends to continue to drive traffic to come see it.
