Before you list.

What sellers ask most in the first meeting.

How long does it take to sell?
It depends on price point, condition and the season. We'll show you how long comparable homes have taken recently, and plan the launch around your timing.
Should I renovate before selling?
Usually not. Small fixes, paint and good presentation tend to return more than they cost; big remodels rarely do. We'll price the home with and without a project so you can decide.
Can I buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. We'll talk through the order, financing options and contingencies so you're not carrying two homes longer than you need to.
What will I need to disclose?
California sellers complete a set of disclosure forms about the property's condition and history. We'll guide you through them early so they're ready before offers arrive.
